During my time at Need Pastel and Pizza Cake Digital, I managed the end-to-end creation of marketing assets, merchandise, and branded decor for major festivals, including Besame Mucho Austin, Sick New World, Lovers & Friends, and Fool In Love. As an Account Manager at Pizza Cake Digital for Starbase, Bayfest, and Symmetry, I maintained constant communication with clients to ensure their needs were met, streamlining requests across internal departments and external teams such as Insomniac and Kursza. I oversaw the full scope of content creation, from videos, graphics, and carousels to copy, email/SMS, and ad creation. I ensured smooth project management and timely delivery, driving successful ticket sales and cohesive branding across all marketing efforts.


As an Account Manager at Pizza Cake Digital, I played a key role in partnering with Insomniac to launch an innovative social media marketing campaign. I was deeply involved in crafting graphics, overseeing video production, and designing a successful onsite capture strategy. Notably, my Instagram story strategy contributed to the sale of over 3k tickets.
As an account manager, I oversee a wide range of services, including graphic design, video editing, social media strategy, ad execution, and email & SMS campaigns to sell tickets and merchandise successfully. Additionally, I coordinate Instagram Live interviews & collab post initiatives with artists, ensuring engaging and dynamic marketing campaigns alongside assisting onsite capture and live posting.
